Media reports expected Prime Minister of Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker to submit his resignation later today over a spy scandal. He is due to appear before a special committee in the parliament of Luxembourg Wednesday afternoon to respond to accusations for failing to control the secret service of Luxembourg which is being investigated by the state prosecutor for illegal wiretapping and corruption. \"The possible outcomes of Wednesday\'s session include the resignation of Jean-Claude Juncker, either voluntarily or through a vote of confidence. Juncker could either name a successor or a new Prime Minister would be appointed to form a new government\" wrote the Luxembourg newspaper Wort today. Juncker is a former President of the Eurogroup.
