Matrouh Governor General Alaa Fathy Abu Zeid received on Saturday a delegation of Russian nuclear experts at Dhaba nuclear project site.
The agreement comes as part of a cooperation agreement signed between President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to set up two nuclear projects to generate electricity.
The first project will be established on Dhaba land.
The 20-man delegation inspected the land of the projects and construction works that have been accomplished so far.
Head of the Egyptian Nuclear Stations Authority Khalil Abdel Fattah Yasso and a delegation of the ministry of electricity attended the meeting.
