The Moroccan Embassy has commended the will of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to make the November 19-20 Third African-Arab Summit "unique and exceptional" in all aspects. This determination is reflected by the numerous joint Arab and African functions, which illustrate the conscious approach taken by the wise Kuwaiti leadership on the joint cultural and spiritual legacy of both regions, the Acting Charge D'afffairs in the Moroccan Embassy Al-Mahdi Al-Rami told KUNA. His Highness the Amir was thanked for his hosting of the event, which the diplomat hoped would reach practical solutions to forming the basis of a partnership between both regions. This will also be an oportunity to form an iconic partnership built on investing human and natural resource credentials in order to raise living standards for the two regions and for reasonable and suitable strategic cooperation. The Kingdom of Morocco will partake actively in the discussions stemming from its belief and commitment to strengthening the ties between the two regions in the aim of improving the livelihood of their people in the midst of cooperation with funding organisations. Kuwait has always been close to the African continent and its worries through the launching of initiatives and forums and through the contributions of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development worth USD 6 billion. As for bilateral relations with Kuwait, the diplomat said they were "exceptional" and reflected the wishes of the leaders of both countries, King Mohammed VI of Morocco and His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah of Kuwait.
