King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Tuesday received a written message from Niger’s President Mahamadou Issoufou on bilateral relations and means of activating them in all areas. The message was handed over by Niger’s Minister of Youth, Sports, and Culture Kounou Hassane as he met with Moroccan Foreign Minister Saadeddine Othmani today.
