Muharraq Governorate organized a Total Quality Management (TQM) course in compliance with the directives of Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.Q.A and Systems Development Senior Specialist Fatima Mohib Al-Assaas lectured. The course included several topics such as the significance of applications, systems development and the provision of optimum services. The course also included the concept of total quality management, introduction on the principles of quality management and phases of its evolution.The participants included directors, heads and staff members from Muharraq Governorate and from other Governorates in the Kingdom.
