Myanmar President U Thein Sein declared a state of emergency in four townships in Meikhtila District of Myanmar\'s northern region after three-day riot which started from Wednesday, according to state-run radio and television Friday.Four townships include Meikhtila, Wandwin, Mahlaing and Thazi are covered by the state of emergency.
