The NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen on Friday welcomed the agreement reached between the Ukrainian government and the opposition. He urged all parties to implement it in full, refrain from further violence, and work for the future of Ukraine. The Ukrainian president and major opposition leaders had agreed on Friday to an internationally mediated deal to resolve the country's bloody standoff, which has left dozens killed. The deal includes making constitutional changes that would limit presidential power, and holding presidential election no later than December 2014.
