Secretary General of the National Council of Human Rights (NCHR) Mokhles Kotb slammed on Tuesday an initial plan announced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to build a boundary barrier under the pretext of preventing immigrants from entering Palestinian territories.
In statements, Kotb said such acts are part of Israel's ongoing attempts to build a Jewish religious state in the Middle East region and forcibly expel Palestinians from their homes.
He further mourned the death of a Palestinian family at the hands of Israeli settlers, saying that such massacres look like the Nazi crimes in World War II.
