The Presidency of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) deferred on Saturday reading of its second plenary session’s final statement to tomorrow. Deputy President of the NDC Dr. Abdul-Karim al-Eryani attributed the postponement of reading of the final statement to that the statement was not completed, since it did not include the amended outputs of the groups based on the notes of the plenary session. \"We will formulate the final statement and display it on the conference on Sunday, according to what has been agreed upon by the Presidency in this regard\", De. al-Eryani said. The second plenary session had discussed the reports of the nine working forces, which contained proposed resolutions to be included in the next constitution . In the session ,the members of the Conference agreed upon a large number of decisions ,while a number of them returned back to the groups to modify or add to them. The working groups on the issues of South and Sada and the State-building were excluded from making decisions, as their recommendations and decisions were deferred until the final session.
