Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Khider has attributed the recent appointments carried out in Khartoum North and Karari localities to the political and adibnistrative necessities . Thios came following the takig-oath ceremony of the newly appointed minister of Guidance and Social Development, Dr. Amal Al-Bili and the Commissioners of Khartoum North and Karari localities, Dr. Al-Naghi Mohamed Ali and Engineer, Mohamed Abdul Rahman Al-Omdah .
