North Korea\'s top nuclear envoy, Kim Kye-gwan, and his aides arrived in Beijing on Monday to attend a seminar organized by the Chinese government on nuclear issues on the Korean Peninsula. Kim arrived at the Beijing airport as of around 11:00 a.m., accompanied by his chief aide Ri Yong-ho, and left the airport without making any remarks.
