Norway's Police Immigration Service (PU) transported out of the country 621 people in October without legal residence in the country, a increase of 165 from the same month last year, Norway Today reported on Wednesday. Of those who were sent out in October, 270 had received one criminal sanction, according to the monthly index from PU. So far this year,Norwegian police deported 1,838 sanctioned persons, against 1,087 in the same period last year. In all, 4,910 people were sent out of the country in the first ten months.
