Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal met on Sunday with Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende, who started a two-day working visit to Algeria yesterday.
During the meeting, the two officials tackled bilateral relations at the diplomatic, political and economic levels, a statement by the Algerian Cabinet said.
They also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest.
Afterwards, Brende met with Algerian Energy Minister Yousef Yousfi as they discussed ways of bolstering cooperation between the two states in the energy field.
