The head of the US federal agency charged with investigating civil aviation accidents plans to visit Seoul this week for talks with South Korean officials over a fatal plane crash in July, Yonhap news agency reported quoting a local ministry official as having said Monday. Deborah Hersman, chief of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, is scheduled to arrive in Seoul on Wednesday for talks with her South Korean counterpart over the deadly Asiana jet crash in San Francisco.
