President Barack Obama called Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Razak on Monday evening to congratulate him on his victory in parliamentary elections, the White House announced on Tuesday. \"The President noted that Malaysians had turned out in record numbers to vote and welcomed the Prime Ministers efforts to address concerns about election irregularities,\" the White House said in a statement.
