The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Iyad Ameen Madani has, on 23 February 2015, received in his office Ozdil Nami, Foreign Minister of the Turkish Cypriot State.
Madani and the Foreign Minister of the Turkish Cypriot held talks on wide range of issues pertaining to the OIC-Turkish Cypriot relations. During the meeting, the two sides had also explored ways of improving the bilateral relations in all areas and activities. The Secretary General further reiterated OIC’s continued support to a peaceful resolution of the Cyprus issue.
