Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was given a one year suspended jail sentence Monday on charges of breach of trust. The Jerusalem District Court also fined him the equivalent of 15,000 euro for breaching the public trust in the Investment Center Affair. The suspended sentence is conditional on Olmert not committing the same crime in the next three years. The penalties will not prevent Olmert from running for election to Israel\'s parliament, the Knesset, in the 2013 elections.
