The Sultanate and the Kingdom of Bhutan have signed a joint communique on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two sides. The communique was signed last night on behalf of the Sultanate’s government by Lyutha bint Sultan al-Mughairiyah, Sultanate’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) whilist it was signed from the Kingdom of Bhutan side by Hato.
