President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain on Saturday said the Pakistan government was keen to further strengthen the comprehensive strategic cooperation and diversify the existing close and cordial bilateral ties with Saudi Arabia, said an official press release.President Mamnoon made the remarks in a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, during which they discussed bilateral relations, regional and global matters of mutual interest, an official press release said. The President warmly welcomed the Crown Prince on his first visit to Pakistan after assuming the position.Mamnoon thanked King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and the Saudi government for the generous support and assistance, extended to the government and people of Pakistan in every hour of need and testing times.The President highlighted the business friendly environment in Pakistan and said that there were a tremendous potential of bilateral trade and investment in diverse sectors particularly energy, infrastructure, construction of dams, agriculture, livestock and social sector development.The President hosted banquet for the Crown Prince.
