Pakistani authorities have tightened security around religious places across Peshawar, the capital of Pakistan\'s north-western province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa in anticipation of any attacks during Friday prayers, police said. The Police have deployed additional forces in Peshawar and closed off several of the city\'s main streets. A suicide bomber attacked last Friday a mosque in Pakistan\'s north-western city of Peshawar, killing at least 40 people.
