Pakistani Government vowed today to proceed with peace efforts with Taliban movement despite the killing of the latter's leader Hakimullah Mehsud by a U.S. drone aircraft. Pakistan's Minister of Information Pervez Rashid said in press statement that the government has decided to continue peace efforts with Taliban movement to end the tension in the country. He said Pakistan has sacrificed enough in the fight against terrorism and time is ripe to end the security tension and solve problems peacefully through negotiation and dialogue.
