The Palestinian Cabinet on Tuesday said that any response to the Israeli plans aimed at separating the Gaza Strip from the West Bank should be through empowering the national unity government to undertake its duties.

The Cabinet, at a meeting here, added that all hindrances should be removed so that the government could discharge services to the Palestinian citizens.

The Palestinian Cabinet, under Prime Minister Ramy Hamdallah, warned of being misled by the false Israeli pledges to improve the living conditions of the Palestinians.

The Cabinet urged all Palestinians to stand united in the face of schemes that would sap the Palestinian struggle.
