Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyadh Al-Malki

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyadh Al Malki held a meeting with his New Zealand Foreign Minister Murray McCully to discuss efforts exerted to revive the peace talks.

During the meeting with McCully and his accompanying delegation, Malki praised efforts exerted by New Zealand's government to make a progress in peace process in the Middle East.

Malki briefed McCully on the latest developments in the Palestinian territories.

The meeting tackled the Palestinian and Arab movement in international organizations to adopt a resolution ensuring the end of the Israeli occupation.

McCully briefed Malky on the outcome of talks with Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

McCully voiced his country's desire to play an active role in realizing peace between the Palestinians and Israel.
