Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah headed for Belgium on Tuesday to attend a donors conference where he will discuss the latest political developments and important issues topped by the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.

Hamdallah will discuss means to empower the Palestinian economy especially in Gaza and al Quds and enable the government to manage economic affairs and achieve its goals in development to remove the Israeli restrictions on investment and development.
