Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah briefed onWednesday a delegation representing the Dutch Democratic Party on the latest political and economic developments in the territories as well as the efforts exerted by the government to unite the Palestinian state institutions.
Hamdallah underlined the commitment of the Palestinian leadership, under President Mahmoud Abbas, to the two-state solution so as to establish a Palestinian State with Al Quds as its capital without the presence of any settlements.
The Palestinian official called on the international community, the US and the European Union (EU) to support the Middle East peace process to reach a fair solution thereof.
