Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived Monday in the Indian capital, New Delhi on a visit during which he will meet President Pranab Mukherjee. The two sides will hold delegation-level talks with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Vice President Hamid Ansari on bilateral relations, the peace process in the Middle East as well as regional and international issues of common concern. The two sides will also sign memoranda of understanding for cooperation in the field of information and communication technology, besides expanding vocational training and schools construction in Palestine.
