Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met today with his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the sidelines of the Islamic Summit in the Egyptian capital Cairo. During the meeting, they discussed topics on the agenda of the Islamic summit, developments in the political process, the financial crisis in Palestine, and the Palestinian national reconciliation.
