Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met here today Norway’s Envoy to the Middle East Peace Process Jon Hanssen Bauer.    During the meeting, Abbas briefed the Norwegian envoy on the latest developments in the peace process and the US efforts to push it forward.For his part, Bauer stressed his country support for the peace process based on the principle of two-state solution.    Bauer pointed to the continued role played by Norway in urging donor countries to provide aid to the Palestinian people to build institutions.
