Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will visit India on September 11th to review bilateral relations and the Peace Process, said a press release issued by India\'s representative office in Ramallah on Monday. During the visit, Abbas will meet with Indian President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Vice President Hamid Ansari and External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna. The visit will also provide an opportunity to review regional and international issues of common concern and in particular the current political situation in West Asia. The release stated, \"India strongly supported the Palestinian application for membership of UN in 2011 and it supported Palestine in gaining membership in UNESCO in October 2011.\"
