National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim on Wednesday sent a cable of congratulations to Qatari Shura Council Chairman Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Khelifi on the occasion of his country's National Day. Al-Ghanim also sent a cable of congratulations to Niger's parliament speaker Hama Amadou, congratulating him on his country's National Day.
