Peshmerga launch attack to retake Kirkuk cities

Peshmerga forces retake new areas south of Iraq's Kirkuk

Kurdish forces known as Peshmerga launched an attack to retake many cities in Kirkuk from Daesh, Sky News Arabia reported on Wednesday.

The attack was supported by the US-led coalition tasked with fighting the terrorist group.

The coalition launched many strikes before the attack, the Abu Dhabi-based television said.
