An American hijacker William Potts who hijacked a plane in 1984 and forced it to fly to Cuba has returned to the US. FBI agents arrested him at Miami International Airport on charges of air piracy, federal prosecutors said in a statement. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in front of federal magistrate on Thursday. If convicted, prosecutors said, he faces a minimum sentence of 20 years in prison and a maximum term of life behind bars. Potts was a member of the militant African-American "Black Panther" movement.
