Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe made a speech in a symposium at the United Nations University in Tokyo to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the world body, Kyodo reported.
He called for immediate UN reform and expressed Japan's aspiration to become a permanent member of the UN Security Council.
