The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network (PNGO) warned of the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza strip due to the ongoing Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip, which constitutes a flagrant violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention and the international law.
