Premier Qatar\'s sends congratulations to presidents\' of Cyprus ,Nigeria and China

HE the Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Cyprus, President of Nigeria and Chinese President  on the occasion of their country's national day.
