Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas conferred here on Friday with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon on the sidelines of the 16th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) , currently underway in the Iranian capital , tehran. They discussed the latest developments in the region and briefed the UN chief on the israeli daily atrocities and attacks against the palestinian people. President Mahmoud Abbas earlier Thursday conferred with his Lebanese counterpart Michel Sleiman on the conditions of Palestinians living in Lebanon, in addition to regional developments.
