President of the Republic Moncef Marzouki met, on Monday in Carthage, with a delegation from the National Constituent Assembly (NCA). The meeting turned on "means to vitalise Maghreb action,” according to a press release of the Presidency of the Republic quoting Mr. Meherzia Labidi, first Deputy-Speaker of the NCA. A Maghreb summit, to be held in northwestern city of Tabarka next October, had been announced during President Marzouki's tour of the Arab Maghreb.
