Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the Russian city of St. Petersburg, where the fourth meeting of the Cooperation Council between Turkey and Russia is scheduled to be held on Thursday and Friday, RIA Novosti reported Tuesday. The meeting will discuss bilateral cooperation in all fields, including the establishment of the first Turkish nuclear plant with the support of Russia and launching of a pipeline to transport gas from Russia to southern Europe via the Black Sea. Some agreements are expected to be signed at the end of the meeting.
