Russian President Vladimir Putin has begun talks with Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev in St. Petersburg.
The two leaders will discuss key issues in strengthening bilateral cooperation in the areas of trade, investment, culture, and humanitarian issues, as well as energy, Sputnik News Agency reported on Monday.
