The visit of the Russian president to Egypt reflected its leading role under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said Wednesday.
Gomaa said exchanging visits by the two presidents will open doors for more economic and cultural cooperation between Egypt and Russia.
The minister highlighted that his ministry's realized Egypt's leading role, represented in contacting his ministry for dispatching preachers to train scholars abroad.
