Qatar National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) and Azerbaijan Foundation of Democracy Development and Human Rights Protection (AFDHR) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of human rights.
NHRC Secretary-General Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah and AFDHR representative Ahmad Shahidov signed the MoU.
