Qatari Amir Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani today received a written message from the French President Francois Hollande, pertaining to ways of bolstering bilateral relations, as well as the latest regional and global developments. This came as Shaikh Hamad received here today the French Ambassador to Qatar Jean-Christophe Peaucelle who handed over to him the letter.
