HE Qatar’s Consul General in Istanbul Sultan bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud has hosted a reception on the occasion of Qatar National Day. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps and senior officials in government institutions in Istanbul, a group of writers and intellectuals, heads of major commercial and economic enterprises, prominent businessmen and heads of non-governmental organizations.
