HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs met here today with President of the military medical academy in the Republic of Bulgaria Major General Prof. Stoyan Tonev who is currently visiting Qatar. Talks during the meeting dealt with matters of mutual concern. The meeting was attended by a number of ranking armed forces officers.
