Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a letter on Sunday from President of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam, relating to bilateral relations between two countries and ways to boost them. Singapore's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Justice K. Shanmugam delivered the letter to the Qatari Amir during a meeting, according to Qatar News Agency (QNA).
