Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Elias Jaua has received a message from HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah connected with relations between the two countries and means of developing them.The message was handed over by Qatari Ambassador to Venezuela Battal Meajib Al Dossari during a meeting with the Venezuelan Deputy Foreign Minister Reinaldo Bolivar.
