Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani held last night a telephone call with his Libyan counterpart Mustafa Abu Shaqoor. He congratulated him on his appointment as Libyan Premier and reviewed with him bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest, Qatar News Agency reported.
