India's ruling party leader and scion of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty Rahul Gandhi and main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate for upcoming general elections, Narendra Modi, featured in a list of "corrupt politicians" unveiled by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Friday. "I have made a list of corrupt people. This is just the beginning and the list will grow. I am presenting the list in front of you, and you decide whether these people should be voted or not," he announced at a meeting of the national executive committee of his Aam Aadmi Party in the national capital. Kejriwal's list also contains names of Indian Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid, and two former chief ministers of the northern state of Uttar Pradesh -- Mayawati and Mulayam Singh Yadav, among several others. "You people take the list forward, draft it and submit it," the 45-year-old anti-graft activist-turned-politician told his supporters at the meeting attended by over 400 party members from across the country. Kejriwal's party made a spectacular debut in assembly polls in the Indian capital in December last year, bagging 28 out of 70 seats. It subsequently formed the government with outside support from the Congress party which was routed in the polls, after being in power for 15 years. His fight against corruption, which began under his mentor and veteran Gandhian Anna Hazare who went on a hunger strike four years back demanding an anti-graft Ombudsman, was so well received by people that he even defeated three-time Congress Chief Minister Sheila Diskshit in the prestigious New Delhi constituency.
