Red Sea Governor Ahmed Abdallah on Monday conferred with a number of heads of German travel companies on means of increasing German tourist groups visiting the governorate.
During the meeting, the governor said Hurghada is an important tourist destination for Germans over the past 30 years since the onset of charter flights from Germany to Hurghada.
The governor also voiced relief over the visit by German travel companies chiefs in Hurghada to get briefed on the situation in the Red Sea resort.
The German delegation visited a number of tourist resorts in southern Hurghada.
