Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the fresh violence in Ukraine is the result of Western policies encouraging escalation and resulting new clashes in Kiev between protesters and police .The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that what is happening now is a direct result of the policy pursued by Western politicians and European institutions condoned all aggressive acts carried out by extremist forces in Ukraine and encouraged escalation and provocation toward legitimate authority .
